SERVICE: All orders are given prompt attention and many are shipped within a few days. Please allow 14 days for shipment of custom or specialty stamped tags; however, shipping time may be as long as 6 to 8 weeks during our peak production periods.

IMPORTANT: The ordering or aggregating of various styles, sizes, materials, colors, stampings, consecutive number series such as 1-100, 101-200, 1-500, 1-1,000, etc., to qualify for quantity pricing is not permitted. Each lot of 1 style, size, color, material, stamping, consecutive number series, etc., is considered a separate unit and priced accordingly.

MINIMUM CHARGE: $35.00 Due to order processing costs, a minimum order charge of $35.00 may be applicable.

SHIPPING COSTS: As the number of packages required for a shipment is unknown at the time an order is placed, the calculation of freight charges can not be determined. Therefore, all on-line orders are initially placed with no shipping costs. Once we have received the order, we will calculate freight accordingly. A customer service representative will contact you regarding the total amount of the order (including freight) that will be charged to your credit card.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES: If shipment arrives damaged or short, have the delivery agent make a notation on your express, postal, or freight receipt and file your claim immediately. If we can assist you in getting settlement of claim, we shall be glad to do so. TITLE OF MERCHANDISE PASSES AT THE TIME AND PLACE OF SHIPMENT. In the case of orders involving numerous small and varied parts where checking for damages or shortages would be impractical at the time of delivery, 45 days will be allowed for placement of such claims - No claim for damages or shortages will be honored beyond 45 days after shipment from our factory.

RETURNS: Merchandise is returnable only with written permission and may be subject to a 20% charge for checking, repackaging, etc. No goods are returnable after 30 days except upon special written prior arrangement. SPECIAL LETTERED, SPECIAL NUMBERED, AND COLORED GOODS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Hasco makes no other warranties except for those, if any, expressly stated upon this document or in other Hasco product literature and brochures.

Hasco expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness, or otherwise which extends beyond this document or other Hasco product literature and brochures.
